Anne M. Chapas, M.D.

Anne Chapas, M.D. is a Board Certified dermatologist who specializes in Mohs micrographic surgery, dermatologic surgery, cosmetic dermatology, and laser surgery. After obtaining her Bachelor of Arts Degree in biochemistry from the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Chapas graduated cum laude from Harvard Medical School. She completed her internal medicine internship at Mount Auburn Hospital/ Harvard Medical School and her dermatology residency in the Boston University/Tufts University combined program. Dr. Chapas continued her training as a fellow in Mohs micrographic surgery and procedural dermatology at the Laser & Skin Surgery Center of New York ®.

Dr. Chapas regularly lectures nationally and publishes widely about advances in cutaneous oncology, laser surgery and cosmetic dermatology. Her current research involves the use of laser and light devices in the treatment of medical and cosmetic conditions.

Dr. Chapas is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Lasers in Medicine & Surgery, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and the Hellenic Medical Society of New York.
